  • The course allows for a much more detailed review of life planning strategies and implementations.

Simplicity

  • Make the reports easy to read. –Know whether you won or lost daily -

The interface.

The wizard
  • The new user section marks the beginning of a wizard that will let each user set up a mission statement and goals to achieve it.

  • A question and answer format where the answers help to make the mission statement.
6
The wizard continues covering:
  • Mission statement
  • Long range goals
  • Midrange goals
  • Short range goals
  • Action items – to do list (unless this is considered redundant to short range goals?)

  • This ‘last page’ is the same area that a User will visit when ‘editing’ Goals or profiles.
  • The power of prioritizing the goals is Explained here.
  • priorities can be added to each goal in this section.

The plan on developing the course
  • The Principle Document.
    • The Current working document. If changes are made to it, the changed document is saved with a new version #

  • The Forums.
    • A Forum for each Chapter / Topic will be created.
    • Champions will be designated (based on participation,) that will act as Editors for each Chapter.
19
The Forums
  • Every one of the developers can and should make comments in the Forums.  Paste the part of the document that is being commented on in the comment, then make any adjustments to the original in the forum… the editor, can then be responsible for how to incorporate the comments into the principle document.

Ideas on how to collaborate well together
  • Monthly review meeting.  All developers invited to attend, Blaine and Wade are Required.

  • E-mail list – meeting notes, and reports of progress made will go out regularly to a mailing list.  Reply all to comment on the contents.

Time Commitments
  • The reward is ambiguous, and it is unknown whether or not the result will be used directly or indirectly to generate profits. I would like to track the time each person puts in toward the project. To better be able to determine the ‘reward’ portion of this project.
